Sadly, no - there isn't an ARM port of the steam client. -edit- with that said, there are other ways: https://www.raspberrypi.org/magpi/stream...-tutorial/

I set up Steam streaming with Retropie using a guide, and it worked—though the gameplay felt quite unstable. It wasn’t ideal, but it functioned. Try it yourself and let me know what you think!
