I'm using a Samsung Bar Plus with a 64GB SSD and planning to run Windows 10 from the USB drive. I want to know if this setup works on various PCs or laptops.

Yes, I'm assuming you're using Windows 2000. That should work fine.

Uncertain about the reason but if you require features such as disk reading, consider using Ubuntu. You can install it to your storage and choose "Try Ubuntu". If that isn't your goal, reviewing this is crucial if you haven't done so. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...o-overview But as mentioned, it should function properly. GL

It would, but it will likely to be corrupted someday NTFS is not supposed to run on removable flash memory, you could try anyway. I personally was not able to use Windows To Go, just try a normal USB install
