You can play most of these games at medium to high settings from 900p to 1080p. EXCEPT ARKHAM KINGHT, avoid playing this terrible game until it gets fixed.

Why some older titles work on Medium while others don't. My cousin used a high-end setup to run Max Payne 3 Hitman Absolution and Crysalis 2, but I'm struggling to get them on Ultra.

Sure, I’d definitely give it a shot too if you upgraded your rig. I’m still using an AMD Sempron 2800+ with 1.6 GHz and a Radeon 9550 with 1 GB RAM back then.
