It can also function as a dual DVI connected to either a single DVI or a monitor that supports DVI-D. The question is whether that implies dual DVI functionality.

If you're buying a new monitor, there's a 99% chance it will have dual dvi.

I'm not purchasing a monitor right now. I currently own a Benq 21.5GW2255 DVI only setup. Can I get advice on using a dual DVI adapter? You can find more info at the link provided: http://www.links.hr/artikl-200.300.102

I have identical CPU and GPU. My CPU is boosted to 4.4 GHZ while my GPU remains stock. I play GTA V on the second highest setting and everything runs smoothly with 40 to 50 FPS.

270X isn't the optimal option for peak performance at 1080p; consider R9 380 instead.
