You may relocate your SSD with a non-OEM license. If it’s an OEM license, the OS will be tied to your motherboard. That’s not the point here.

The account section relates to enabling the main key. When the key is linked to an MS account, it works properly and activates again. If not connected, you must re-enter it manually; OEM keys may not function afterward.
