I can check for Gigabyte. They have pretty poor voltage control and sensors... But at least the affordable options are better.
Consider postponing your purchase until Black Friday to bring the B450M Pro4 back to its regular price. Edit: check the B450m Gaming, as the VRMs aren't cooled but the CPU VRM heatsink might work.
