Hello! It sounds like your PC is experiencing some serious issues. The crashes and memory problems suggest a potential hardware fault, confirmed by diagnostic tests. The audible clicks and failed test results indicate significant errors. Using the computer could lead to further damage or data loss, so it’s best to stop using it right away. I recommend seeking professional repair or replacement to avoid more problems. Thank you for reaching out!

I wouldn't. Using sketchy RAM can cause system issues. Based on what I've seen, it's better to have just one DIMM slot filled if it ensures your computer runs smoothly.

Maybe it’s a weak recollection, but I’ll turn off XMP and rerun the test at the JEDEC pace.

Use just one stick and observe its performance. If it continues to fail, switch to the other stick. If both work, proceed with confidence. Your device is likely experiencing persistent issues and may become unstable over time.

I’m currently checking just one of the sticks, and I’m counting on it being the sole issue. If so, I’ll focus on the other one at Jede Speed until I contact the warranty team.

Are you confirming the plan to use the good stick on JEDEC speed? We suggest testing the bad stick at JEDEC speed (4800MHz); it may function at lower speeds. Updated January 15 by leclod.

I'm using the standard model, though I mistakenly set it to 6000 instead of JEDEC. It's working okay so far. I'll check the faulty one tomorrow since I need the PC right now.

Sorry for the delay. I found the time today to do another test with both sticks at jedec speed. 408 errors after one pass. is this fine? it's way less than 10k... Also, while running the computer with only the good stick it was just Terrible. I don't know what it wanted from me, but it just ran worse overall.
