It lets him accomplish a lot of things naturally and smoothly compared to other Windows editions. Also, apparently, it’s not much different from previous versions like 10, 8, 7, etc. Some drivers might have problems, but that doesn’t change the overall experience.

He has a free license and is good to go. Unless he lacks it and decides to purchase one, I wouldn't recommend that path.

The issue is my current mobile's RAM capacity is limited to 32GB, and I really like having more memory. The motherboard can support up to 2TB of RAM. I think Windows Server is the top choice for this.

Your primary computer runs Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. Everything appears to be using Windows, which is good.

It should work perfectly. I recall a time a while ago when I used my laptop on Windows Server 2008 R2, and the drivers functioned smoothly without any problems.
