I found a GPU with just 16 CUDA cores that works well, and it performs significantly better than the one I saw in the video.

You can adjust the resolution to 1920x1080 and set it to low or medium quality. Also, enabling V-sync will help reduce screen flicker.

It might actually be a good idea, you'll have solid FPS. Plus, your CPU is really strong.
