My setup includes an Intel i5 2320 with 4 cores, 3GHz core, GTX 960, and a 2GB VRAM. It should handle BF4 at high settings with 65-90 FPS or more.

I aim to play GTA5 at high performance without going into ultra, focusing on a manageable DPS range like 35 to 60.

Consider increasing your RAM to 8GB, as GTA V requires 6GB.

Secure an additional 2 GB or upgrade to a 4x2 or 1x8 setup. A blend of medium-high performance is easy to achieve.

Don't assume I'll add more RAM soon.

You're not able to reach the highest settings. Your GTX 760 is from the previous generation of Nvidia cards, and you're managing to run at a steady 60fps with stability. Since you're not focused on maximum frame rate, that's great!
