You're looking for alternatives to GeForce Experience and want to explore DSR with different tools. There are several options you can try, such as using built-in gaming features, third-party drivers, or specialized software that supports DSR. You might also consider using other graphics drivers or system settings to optimize performance.

Install DSR and let it run automatically. Adjust settings once for ongoing use. It’s available in the Nvidia Control Panel as well, though confirming the GFE requirement isn’t clear.

You might resist the forced experience because it doesn’t match how you naturally learn or feel comfortable with things.

You activated it in the control panel, achieved 4.00x, but still can't go beyond 1080p in games like in the film—though it looks better anyways.

It looks like you already have it enabled, but you're still having trouble selecting 4K while playing.

I’m able to display my desktop at 4K resolution and play games in fullscreen, and it really looks great. However, I’d like to try running 1080p on the desktop and 4K in-game settings as shown in the YouTube video.
