Launch your GeForce app, ensure Shadowplay is activated. Your recording shortcuts are displayed there, and you can also enable microphone input for recordings.

Check if the Mic is powered on and verify the save folder settings. Also, ensure the status indicator in ShadowPlay is turned on so you can confirm it’s active.
