Hi everyone, I often faced mouse issues while playing "Hack & Slash" with a mouse and keyboard. Usually, the frequent clicks caused my mouse to break. Recently, I tried playing the DMC series with just the keyboard, finishing it all without using a mouse. It was much smoother and easier. I was wondering if the same could be achieved in "Nier Automata"?

alternatively, don't use a cheap mouse... There's no reason you should be breaking a mouse playing any game by just clicking. That's pretty much it's one job...

Absolutely, you can play "Nier Automata" using just the keyboard. It's a great option if you prefer that kind of gameplay.

Have you attempted to launch the game and see if it works? Your message was shared about half an hour ago, yet loading would take roughly two minutes. A quick search on Google also proved slow. I pasted your title exactly as it appeared, and the response came back instantly. Many others have discussed similar experiences over the years. Your question was straightforward, yet it could have been answered easily with a bit of effort. You might want to give it another try.

Well, first of all, I think its ok to post here, site's rules are not disagreeing with, that's a point. Secondly: I'm still thinking about the game, so I don't have it on my PC. Thirdly: I actually have searched google, most of topics were talking about keyboard & mouse together, but I have mentioned keyboard only, there's not enough discussions answering this in more detail, so i posted here, looking forward for someone who tried this game using keyboard only, to share his experience with. Thanks for your help BTW

It's the fourth one listed. "Completely functional" is what most agree on.

You're asking for a second viewpoint on a second opinion. I confirmed it's feasible, but I need more details about what you're seeking. Clarify your goals—especially regarding the experience with Nier: Automata on keyboard-only play. Also, let me know if you'd like recommendations for alternative ways to enjoy the game. I can suggest options even if keyboard play isn't possible.

I played the game and in side-scrolling sections I had to rely on a controller. I wasn’t pleased because whenever I plugged it in, I knew it was a bad port.
