I managed 90% of the game and my save got corrupted. I was in act V. I’m looking for a downloadable save or a tool to skip ahead so I can finish the story without starting over. It’s getting repetitive, so I’m hoping someone has an option.
I’m not quite at the end of Act IV yet, but I’m trying to locate the save game files. I finished the serial killer, weapons and one side mission, and collected all the weapons except the unlockables, plus the cars. If you let me know where to find them, I can assist you.
If not though, there is a lot of scattered information so don't worry if things turn out to be super complicated.
There are essentially no safeguards against saving games. The only functional option I discovered was a 100% save feature, but you can't replay missions.
