Consider running it, though your GPU seems a bit down compared to the rest. Would you think about upgrading to a 1060 or 1070?

It will be challenging, but yes. A GTX 750Ti typically achieves about 70 FPS at low settings on 720p. For a standard GTX 750, I'd anticipate around 55 FPS because it runs roughly 20% slower.

As previously noted, very low configurations are fine. Otherwise, you're getting a decent CPU. A moderate GPU upgrade would make a big difference if you have some budget available—like a 1050Ti or even a 1060 if possible.
