I own an Intel Core i5 2500K at 3.3GHz, paired with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozer II featuring 1GB video RAM and 8GB system RAM. Based on assumptions, do you think my setup can run the game smoothly at 1080p on medium settings? Your rig handled Max Payne 3 flawlessly even on high settings—no worries about past discussions!

If they improve it sufficiently, you could manage.

The developers responsible for the PC port are the team behind the Max Payne 3 release, and they reportedly achieved around 60 FPS. They’ve confirmed this figure, though details about the specific hardware remain unclear.

It should work smoothly if the optimization is good enough.

Thanks for the feedback. I just wish GTA V won’t end up similar to GTA IV. Still, if the rumors about Max Payne 3 being involved in GTA V are accurate, I’d feel more at ease.

Maybe around 45 frames per second would work, but likely you’d handle 60 fps easily at lower settings if they fine-tune it for all performance levels. Since this is part of the Max Payne 3 cast, we’re probably set.

It's tough to understand because not much has been shared about the PC release.

Why? Just has to turn texture resolution down. This game is last gen and I think if it isn't totally trash port then it will run reasonably well on that PC.
