I don't notice any poll available. Likely I couldn't join it due to my computer. I play on console and PC. My PC lacks some exclusive titles (emulators work for half them) and doesn't have all my friends.

As everyone else mentioned, I use consoles for the exclusive titles and just to enjoy time with my friends who aren't so lucky.
