Sure, everything should be okay. Just a minor thing—frame rate drops might occur, but you can't really prevent them. Don't worry too much if you notice this. We all experience it sometimes.

It seems like the current problems aren't present. Reducing the settings slightly could work. Regardless, you'll still be able to run it.

From what I've seen, performance tends to drop across different systems, especially FPS. Also, it seems the AMD community hasn't been left out—Nvidia has been in close contact with them, though it's unclear if things are worse for AMD users.
