I’m really passionate about Cuphead. I’d like to try playing it, but I don’t want to buy it if I can’t run it smoothly. My setup includes a Celeron B815 with 4 GB RAM and no graphics card. I understand these numbers are quite low, though I was curious since the minimum requirements mentioned a dual-core processor.

That's fine, you can use any graphics settings you prefer, like 720 or 1080.

The performance could lag due to insufficient graphics processing power. A modest GPU would suffice, and the CPU with its 2 Sandy Bridge cores should handle it well, though the lack of a dedicated graphics card may cause significant slowdowns.
