Purchase the game—it's yours to enjoy. The additional weapons and items purchased using real money are just cosmetic additions. They don't affect the game's balance at all. Get it, play it, and rest easy.

That's exactly what I intended and proposed in my initial comment. Once purchased, the item is available in the library for free use whenever you like. (Upon reviewing my earlier message, I realize it might have been misunderstood.)
