You can play CS:GO on your ASUS AMD V140 setup. It should run smoothly given the specs, but performance may vary depending on game settings and updates.

It seems like you're referring to a single-core processor. I wouldn't recommend it, as CS GO is more demanding on the CPU. It might not run smoothly and could cause noticeable lag.

This laptop isn't powerful enough. It probably won't handle Vista well.

Your CS:GO setup is working fine now, but adding more RAM might improve performance. Running on 6GB should be possible depending on your system configuration.

It wouldn't be worth it, RAM isn't the problem. Focus on saving for a better laptop.

It's not from your other laptop, but the screen is damaged and doesn't display on your monitor or TV. Would it work with a CSGO Intel Pentium Quad Core N3530 with 2.58GHz, 4GB DDR3 RAM and Intel HD graphics?

Check your current storage on the laptop. It seems you have only 1.75GB available for use.
