Checking my system: i5 6600K running at 4.3GHz, GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0, 16GB DDR4 RAM, MSI Pro Solution board, Intel Z170A motherboard. I aim to play this game in ultra mode across any map and maintain around 60 FPS consistently.

Not using 960 will bring you to 60, but it won’t match your preferred minimum FPS. I looked at some YouTube clips and they all show lower numbers under 60 on ultra settings. It could depend on the server you’re connected to—64 or fewer might affect the result.
