I just switched to Windows 10 and was planning to share a screenshot. I printed it, searched for Paint, and only saw Fresh Paint available. It’s nice, but it doesn’t feel like the fast image capture tool I used in Windows 7. Did I miss something?

Use Snipping Tool or Greenshot for capturing screenshots. It lets you snap a specific area or the whole screen, with features to upload directly to hosting platforms like Imgur.

Use Gyazo, Gimp or similar affordable tools. Then try to leverage imgur as mentioned earlier.

If it's a window capture, press Alt+Print Screen then paste directly into Imgur. No cropping required.

It remains there. Launching "mspaint" from the command line isn’t necessary. I moved to System 32, made a shortcut to the executable, placed it in the Start Menu folder under "Programs," and it’s now visible.

I entered 'paint' into the search and it displayed relevant results for me. I switched from W8.1 to a newer version.
