You can actually keep the CPU usage pretty high at around 50% to 100%. I tried this before and am now looking for better default xtu profiles to fix it. That said, I wouldn't suggest doing that because after this point you won't be able to make a track with more than 40 channels without your software crashing or worse, even though I do make music. The i5 7200u is already bad enough anyway, so I wouldn't make it much worse like I did.
