My i5 4670k processor is being cooled by the Noctua DH14, and it performs excellently during gaming, staying under 75 degrees and less than 30 degrees idle. The voltage is quite high at 1.325... Is this acceptable?

Adjust CPU settings to reach 4.5 Ghz at 1.25V, optimize PLL voltage. Keep CPU temperature under 85°C during operation; performance drops above 90°C.
