Editing the registry could work, probably by inserting entries linked to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.

Windows, correct? If it's set up before the operating system is installed, then anything you don't install afterward will appear automatically.
