You can extract the contents from several folders at once and combine them into a single file without including the root directories. Use a script or command that gathers all files, copies their inner data, and saves it in your desired location.

For advanced file tasks, a more sophisticated file manager is required.

Identify the directory you wish to search and retrieve its contents. Organize the results by the information you need. Provide the names of the files you'd like to copy and paste here.

Begin with the earlier versions first. Make sure everything is updated completely.

Directory Opus features a "flat view" interface. Likely Total Commander offers comparable settings.

I attempted both, but I can't locate that choice.

Select > Flat View > Mixed (No Folders) in Directory Opus. This shows all files from every subfolder and lets you move them to another window or list within the same folder.

it functions properly, though managing numerous files and subfolders becomes challenging when trying to avoid the main directory. also, if a file or folder appears multiple times, you need to replace it starting with the oldest version and keep overwriting based on the latest date. your software patches are organized into separate folders, so for a fresh installation you must copy all contents from each patch to a new location while ensuring newer versions replace older ones according to their creation dates.
