If using Windows, simply access the Network Adapters via the control panel and choose the connection-sharing setting for your WiFi adapter. (The image displays this on the Ethernet link, but you must configure the WiFi adapter itself.)
Navigate to settings, then go to Network Connections. Click "Change adapter options." Right-click your internet-connected adapter (Ethernet or Wi-Fi), choose "Properties." In the "Sharing" section, check the box for "Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection." Restart if needed; the other device should now have access.
