Are you trying to link three 8-pin cables to the 24-pin connector on your motherboard? Then no. The 8-pin cable connects to the CPU power pin, while the 24-pin connector supplies power from your PSU to the board. Using a splitter for three 24-pin cables is unlikely to function correctly.

Are you attempting to use three faulty power supplies instead of one reliable one? Since there’s no other justification for doing such a thing with consumer-grade equipment.
