Hello everyone, here’s what I’ve gathered about your setup. You have an Intel Core i9 10850K with 3.60GHz base and 5.20GHz turbo, a 10-core 20-thread EVGA RTX 3090, and a 2TB NVMe SSD. You’re also using a 32GB DDR4 3200MHz card with a 670P M.2 NVMe drive. The power supply is a 1TB PCIe 3.0 card delivering 80 Plus Gold.

Regarding your questions:
- Adding a DeckLink – Tech Specs card to your PCIe slot should work, but ensure it matches the PCIe version and form factor of your existing cards.
- Your RTX 3090 and two NVMe drives may experience minor performance differences depending on drive speed and workload; no major bottleneck is expected unless you’re running very demanding projects.
- For color grading with DaVinci Resolve, using a clean feed through a dedicated card to an HDR monitor is recommended for accurate color display.

Let me know if you need help confirming compatibility or choosing alternatives.
Best, Paul

It should function properly. The issue lies in the X8 slot on your board. Your GPU will operate at X8 speed, though this shouldn't significantly impact performance. The NVMe drives are connected through the chipset lanes, so they shouldn't be affected.

Hello Paul, thanks for your message. The attached details show the available space between the GPU, PCIe, and case bottom. Can a double slot PCIe card fit in that area? Best regards, Wizardy

It will work perfectly. Simply insert it into the nearest slot on your GPU.
