You don’t have a large enough flash drive—your 4GB drive is only 3.7GB and the Windows 8.1 version doesn’t fit. However, you do have an 8GB microSD card with an SD adapter that you can use.

You have the option... However, it's really tough.

You can't just use any program like Rufus. It's designed specifically for certain devices and formats, so you need the right tool to safely boot your USB drive.

The SD card uses SDFS format, which supports booting or full mass writing.

The situation requires a significant effort, and the cost of a replacement USB drive seems higher than the current value.

If you have a card reader that uses a usb port and is like a flash drive (that look) then probably. If you have a card reader in your lap top, I don't think it can, most lap tops need a driver for that card reader. Well just try it and tell us if it works and how did you do it

I don’t have a USB card reader, but I think it should work. Since Rufus can’t read the SD card, I’ll format it using the command prompt and hopefully it will function. If not, I’ll get a flash drive from a friend tomorrow (it’s not urgent and it’s 11 PM here).
