Yes, you can create a Manjaro install DVD with both X86 and X64 versions. You’ll need to prepare separate installation files for each architecture and ensure the DVD includes both.

Consider using a USB drive for your installs. We've reached a point where creating installation media isn't necessary anymore.

All my USB drives are currently in use except one, which is outdated and causes issues during installation. I also have multiple DVDs available, but I'm unsure why they aren't being used.

Consider using a PXE boot server. It’s possible to combine both options, though it can be complicated. Just use a 64-bit setup and avoid the 32-bit requirement now.

I need a machine with a dual-core processor and 2GB of RAM. I’m unsure how to configure a PXE boot server or start from another system on this laptop.

Execute the 64-bit version, avoid using 32-bit unless your processor is specifically 32-bit.

I need to verify whether the device supports a 64-bit processor. It was released in 2007 and previously had Vista X86 Home Premium installed.

If created in 2007, it would be a 64-bit system.

What version of the desktop software do you have from 2001 that you're trying to configure?

Use it as it is, but keep in mind it might sound a bit old-fashioned.
