I would certainly like it, following. You can do it using the high contrast themes, but those havent changed since freaking forever ago...

I wish there was a full fledged dark theme as well. Being able to theme all windows like in Linux would be awesome.

A free OS offers features not available in paid versions, like screen savers. Xscreensaver is an example of such functionality.

I haven't tested it yet, so I'm unsure if it's fully effective. I reviewed several regedit videos, and they seem to rely on the build number and specific steps. Some appear to work perfectly, while others leave things dark. The "theme" toggle is controlled by 0 or 1 values (black & white). For Windows 10, full DARK THEME can be achieved via regedit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbfUliCZwIw

Regedit has been addressed before. Elements such as the file explorer remain brightly colored.
