I'm worried about the situation. Downloading while extracting large files can strain the HDD. If the usage reaches 100% in Task Manager, it might cause issues and could damage the files.

It depends on the download server's method—whether it uses TCP or UDP. Most prefer TCP to guarantee all packets arrive and include file checks so your data reaches you correctly without errors. You probably won’t notice any problems with this setup.
