Check if you can fit the cooler without a backplate. Just the rubber part should work. The IRLIKE I35 is designed for this.

It seems there could be a problem. Avoid using rubber as it may degrade over time. Try locating a nylon washer instead, which would be more durable.

The backplate is constructed from a material that doesn't conduct electricity. You could simply place the board inside the case, ensuring the backplate contacts, and secure it with zip-ties rather than screws. Be aware you might need to bypass an I/O shield. Note: The previous suggestion didn't consider the offset for your PCIe slot, which could complicate GPU installation.
