The topic mentioned above outlines your situation clearly. You’ve confirmed your GPU, monitor, and ports are working properly, but the display still doesn’t appear. You’re trying to resolve this issue step by step and appreciate the guidance.

For further troubleshooting, consider these tips:
- Restart your monitor and power supply.
- Check for any error messages on the screen or in BIOS.
- Ensure cables are securely connected.
- Try a different cable or port.

I wouldn't start up a device without a CPU fan. In the best case, it shuts down within three seconds when it hits 100°C; in the worst case, it fails to power off on time and causes damage.

If the CPU lacks both a heatsink and a fan, it's still manageable since you're not running heavy tasks during troubleshooting. However, having neither component is quite undesirable.

Based on this video, proceed with caution. It may fail quickly due to overheating, causing transistors to heat up rapidly. Even short operation times can be dangerous. A heatsink adds some protection, but don’t underestimate the risks—risk it at your own peril.
