You may access it via the library; right-click to manage and delete from your account if needed. For items you bought, you can conceal them.

Yes. Visit the Steam library page and use the search function. Select the Library option, then click right-click on the desired game from your account.

I believe it's possible to eliminate paid games as well... But avoid selling them (which is allowed under EU regulations – they've been doing this for a while). "Good guy Valve"
