Hi Chiyawa,
I saw your question. You have a PC with both LAN and WiFi 6, connected to a router via modem for internet. You're curious if you can turn your PC into a hotspot using WiFi for your wireless device. Since most modern laptops are thin and lightweight, it might be possible, though the weak signal in your room could affect performance. Let me know if you'd like more details!

Windows 10 can connect to a wired Ethernet link and share it with other devices via WiFi, provided you use a compatible adapter.

I notice you're asking about compatible Wi-Fi cards. Could you clarify which standard you're referring to?

It seems the Wi-Fi adapter (Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 7260) could be incompatible.

It seems likely, though probably limited to around 2.4GHz. Additional rules for 5GHz aren't covered by Intel.
