I have three machines operating around the clock. The primary one is in my living room, while the other two are linked through built-in Windows Remote Desktop. These secondary systems run at 1080 TI and seem a bit too powerful for their current tasks, especially since I use them for VMware virtualization. My concern is whether disconnecting the monitors from those two devices and removing the graphics cards will allow me to access them via Remote Desktop.

Check the processor models present. If they lack built-in graphics, a dedicated GPU isn't required for remote connectivity.

There are no options with built-in graphics, so you're limited in that area. You might consider purchasing an affordable Nvidia GT 1030 to use internally.

When CPUs lack built-in graphics, passing the POST becomes unlikely. As mentioned before, opt for a more affordable GPU instead of the current one.
