You can conceal your display name in the bottom-left menu where it shows up. Since you often use the Windows key to tab through instead of clicking, hiding it helps protect your privacy while streaming. Changing the name on your Microsoft account didn’t seem to resolve the issue.

There’s likely a simpler approach, though the setup on my machine hides the Windows title. Because my Windows 11 installation used Rufus, I created a local account so the name appears as "R0NTHAN". Also, since I really don’t like the Windows 11 start menu and can’t imagine anyone using it, I employed ExplorerPatcher to restore the Windows 10 interface, making it look like this when I press the start button without seeing any title.

I could try that too, though I don’t really dislike Windows 11. It’s a bit annoying because it’s centered there, you know? Steps to improve would be useful—I mentioned changing the account name, but that didn’t help.

It seems you're checking if your account is linked to Microsoft or if you used a workaround for a local login. I'm not sure how to proceed unless someone with Microsoft account experience helps. You might find guidance on the Microsoft forums.
