I believe this approach might not be feasible because each NIC is limited to one gateway, but you can combine them—Wi-Fi is an option too—but I’m uncertain about USB adapter performance. It would help if the software/drivers supported it. Ideally, using a longer cable could improve speed since that’s typically more efficient. Could you tell me which Wi-Fi version your router uses and what model your USB adapters are?

It doesn't work that way. Your internet connection limits streaming quality, not your local network speed. Adding more Wi-Fi devices usually increases interference, which further reduces performance. Performance impact is unlikely to be significant, but it won't improve anything either.
