I’ve avoided Facebook for years because of the privacy concerns it creates, yet I’ve met many who rely on it and won’t switch. I’m open to using it if privacy problems could be addressed, though those issues should be covered in the agreement. My concern isn’t just about hiding content but also about the data they gather.

When something exists online, privacy is compromised. The number of firewalls doesn't protect your information.

I was facing the same situation as you. I removed my Facebook account. No more concerns.

Absolutely, I saw the same thing—I spent a lot of time on Facebook.

It doesn't necessarily mean everything disappears once you remove your account. Online content often lingers and remains accessible.

You can restrict all your updates and photos to just your friends, though hiding from the public side of Facebook isn't possible. PS. Your profile picture is great!

I remained completely detached. I never shared any personal details. My data stayed accurate and private.

I believed they needed identification in certain states to stop that, correct?
