I own two GTX 660 graphics cards and wish to utilize their memory bandwidth. My OEM PC only supports two Quadro 4000 boards (Dell Precision T3600). Is there a BIOS update that can enable SLI compatibility with other GPUs? Since my CPU is an Xeon E5-1620 with 40 PCI lanes, these cards should perform optimally.

Almost definitely not.
SLI cards do not share memory.
