hello, i'm facing a challenge with my network performance. originally, my LAN speed was poor, but switching to wlan improved it significantly. currently, I have a router labeled 1, a repeater called 2, and I can connect to 2 reliably. however, when using the wlan directly, i encounter ping issues and frequent authentication errors. sometimes it works if i clear the wlan profile via cmd with netsh wlan delete profile name= "..." and then reconnect. after restarting my computer, the problem persists—i can connect to the repeater but not to the main router. this inconsistency is frustrating. please help me resolve this and ensure stability moving forward. thank you!

How are you confirming you are connecting to the Repeater and not the Router? as they should be seemless? and look exactly the same?

I have two available connections on my PC: Fritzbox xxx (main) and Fritzbox yyy (repeater). Both are visible on the computer, and I can click to connect to both. However, only the repeater connects successfully with other devices, while the main router doesn’t work that way.
