I’m looking for Windows 10 once it drops, since my setup went wrong and I don’t want to keep Windows 8.1 with it. I’m curious who’s upgrading right away and who’s holding out. Also, a 5-day hype period is on the horizon.

I'll allow some time to verify everything, but I won't wait for months.

I’ll likely wait a while either they fix it or the cost goes down. Since I already have a fully functional OS, there’s no need to upgrade right now.

It's likely, though I might hold off for a week to verify the main issues.

All users with Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 (excluding Enterprise) can get it for free. You have one year to obtain it.

Similar issues are common among users. If the update doesn't resolve our concern, reinstalling is a viable option.
