I'm setting up a new PC for my dad who enjoys playing H&G, CSGO, PUBG, etc. all in 1080P resolution. I found an option priced at 8,569,900 VND (about 368.51 USD) that fits within our $400 budget. I'm unsure if it will work well together. The specs include an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 CPU, a GIGABYTE Radeon RX 570 4GB GPU, an ASRock B450M Pro4-F motherboard, G.SKILL Aegis F4-2400C17S-4GIS RAM (2x4GB), DDR4 2400MHz, and a 500W Aerocool VX Plus PSU. The hard drive is an SSD/HDD replacement.

Yes, quicker RAM can significantly boost gaming performance. The exact threshold depends on your game, but generally, 16GB or more is recommended for smooth multitasking and high frame rates.

Seek higher speed RAM such as 3200Mhz or 3000Mhz. Also avoid the PSU and opt for a CX450 instead. The option that appears to offer the best value around 370 USD is PCPartPicker. Other choices seem to provide top performance at roughly 370 USD.
