It's not that terrible at all. My typical frame rate was 67.433 FPS on Ultra, but it kept stuttering constantly. You'll adjust to the stuttering pretty fast.
I really wish the game improves before making a purchase, but sadly... it looks like UBISOFT is spending too much time fixing things and not updating the original content.
