They might be a few, the rest are paid like AC Shadows and LiS Double Exposure.

The trailer mentions it will be available for Game Pass Day 1. I'm really bothered by not being able to move save data in a game I've installed on my PC.

some titles such as cod, flight sim, fable, WoW, sea of thieves, perfect dark, gears of war, diablo are likely owned by Microsoft and should be available on GamePass from the start. the remaining ones are less certain—unless they launch later or through a different subscription model. dragon age belongs to EA, which means it should be part of GamePass Ultimate unless it's only the base tier.

If sales drop significantly, they might combine it with the Xbox Game Pass shortly after release. Take Starfield as an example—though Bethesda is under Microsoft, that could influence the decision. P.S., Gotham Knights also shows a similar pattern, adding it to Game Pass with an 80% discount a year later.

Most people manage just fine. They’re a bit picky, but everything seems to be working for them. All the Xbox studios appear to be in the early stages, even though they’re aware it’s a poor arrangement for them.

So how did it happen? I tried after getting the trial, but couldn't save my progress from a game I'd played before. The Xbox community said it wasn't possible, citing achievements and saying it's actually a positive thing, which felt confusing to me.

It depends on the specific title you're referring to. Could you clarify which "Play Anywhere" title you mean?

Each match has its own twist, yet I managed to move most of what mattered. A few changes in Notepad or similar tools adjusted the IDs to match platform requirements. The process is similar to switching from Epic to Steam.
