I monitor temps regularly using hwinfo64 to check temperatures. During gaming, P core and E core readings typically range from 66 to 74 degrees. This is normal behavior. Let me know if you need more details!

I don't know what you would consider normal? Temps are fine yes, definitely not near anything critical yet.

Temperatures on your Gigabyte B450M motherboard can rise significantly, reaching up to 105 degrees. This is not typical and may indicate overheating. Your Ryzen 9 5900X also shows sudden throttling during games, which can be caused by similar issues.

Unusual is the presence of B450M and 5900X units, especially given the current circumstances. I believe this has reduced performance by at least 10%.

It varies based on the specific B450 board he uses. A high-end 12-core CPU likely won't work, but if it supports Smart Access Memory, performance could improve further.

I was refreshing system details for setting up Windows 11 and found the motherboard is non-functional. It was a Gigabyte DS3H B450M priced around $60 in 2018. I plan to replace it with a new B550M board for the 5900X due to size constraints.
