You can suspect OSX piracy by checking if the installation process uses unauthorized tools or if the system fails to recognize legitimate licenses. Downloading OSX El Capitan from an unofficial source often indicates piracy. The actual piracy usually occurs during the setup phase, not after the software is installed.

Yes, such technology is available and straightforward for a DIY build. This guide focuses on projects that use an Arduino board to detect a push button and play a tone through a speaker. There are many similar designs out there. Typically, the most affordable option includes a programmable Arduino board, a push button, and a speaker—all purchasable from Amazon for under $20. Does this address your inquiry? Let me know if you need more details.

You might create a simple init script to play the background sound clip.

I recall hearing about this on Tonymacx86. It seems to be a BIOS feature on Apple devices, similar to a POST sound. That probably means it can't be recreated. When I tried a hackintosh, I didn’t mind if it didn’t produce any noise during startup.

You could design a chip that activates a speaker when the power button is pressed, and the chip itself would then start the PC. If this matches your goal, visit the provided links or YouTube channels to explore building similar projects.
